Welcome! I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Physics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, working in Nuh Gedik's group. My research focuses on the nonequilibrium dynamics and collective behavior of advanced materials. I specialized in this field by implementing ultrafast broadband optical spectroscopy methods in Majed Chergui's and Fabrizio Carbone's groups at the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne. Currently, I am exploring new routes to study and manipulate low-energy collective excitations in materials, e.g., using nonlinear terahertz spectroscopy and time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. Besides science, my passions include playing classical piano, attending concerts, and exploring black and white photography.
